Week of October 29, 2018

It’s going to be a SPOOKTACULAR HALLOWEEN!!!

This week, we will be celebrating Halloween.  To make it more comfortable for students and to ensure that costumes do not get ruined/pieces lost, students will be changing into their costumes in the afternoon (except for Kindergartens).  We will give time for students to change and will assist them in getting small pieces, zippers, etc. done up.  Once students are dressed, we will be participating in our annual Halloween parade where all students will be invited to share their creativity and costumes as they walk around the school!  After the parade, students will return to their classes where they will partake in other Halloween activities. Students are not permitted to wear masks, weapons or gory costumes as some of our younger students may be frightened.   Please remember that we have several students who have severe allergies to nuts, eggs, wheat, etc..  Please do not send in any food that contain any of these ingredients.  Students are just as happy if not more thrilled to recieve stickers, pencils, tatoos if you choose to send anything to school.

In November, we remember and pray….

During the month of November, we will remember and pray for our loved ones that have died.  Please record the name of your loved one on the paper that will go home with your child and return it so that we may pray for them.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

If you have not returned your parent-teacher conference form, please do so as soon as possible.  We will be booking times this week.  Please call the office if you need another form.
